As always, a homepage is a work in progress. :) I haven't had time to update this in almost three years, but now that I have figured how to get back into it, you should be seeing some changes pretty soon. :)
One of my passions is traveling. I was a travel agent for three years with Morris Travel. I was able to visit many wonderful destinations... I am going to eventually make a travel section with pics and narrations of my many wanderings :) Oh yeah, be excited :P
Good intentions had I, but alas... it has been another three or five years since I updated this. I'm a slacker, what can I say? I haven't gotten around to making a page dedicated to my past travel, but I'm about to spend a month (Sep '07) in the UK and my friend and I will be blogging our adventures. Join us here!
I have always had a great passion for words and language. I taught myself to read at age 3 and have had my nose in a book ever since. *grin* I have learned French and ASL (American Sign Language) and I have just started. I want to learn as many languages as possible before I die. I would love to be an interpreter, but it is just a hobby for now.
Currently, I am working as a night Health Unit Coordinator in the ICU of our new hospital. I have started back to school for Respiratory Therapy and hope to be finished within two years(2007). It seems like a long ways away at the moment, but two years is going to come whether or not I am in school. I figured I might as well do it :P
Two years did come and go, and I did finish (for now) my schooling! Halelujah! I am working at Mesa View Regional Medical Center and Dixie Regional Medical Center as a Respiratory Therapist. I'm hoping I can start taking travel assignments around the country and (*crosses her fingers*) eventually around the world. I guess you can take this girl out of the Travel Agency, but you can't take the Traveler out of this girl ;)
